Businesses at any stage in the process can submit, even if they are waiting on their SAM.gov registration.

Submitting this interest form is the first step in engaging with VA. We will share your submission with relevant VA personnel and your submission will inform our market research.

The form is designed to be comprehensive and straightforward. For the best experience, please have the following information on hand before you begin to fill the form.

  • Company information: Company name, website, and address and whether you're a manufacturer, distributor, or service provider
  • Point of contact: First Name, last name, Email, Phone Number, Title
  • Socio-economic business category: Indicate if you're Veteran-Owned, a Small Business (including Women-Owned, HubZone, 8(a), Small-Disadvantaged), a Non-Profit, a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), or other
  • Contracting History (if any): Let VA know if you have been a prime contractor for a federal agency within the last 5 years, and whether or not you have received a CPARS rating
  • Vendor details:
    • If you're registered in SAM.gov
    • NAICS codes
    • UEI number and CAGE code

A VA team member will assess your submission and check you have everything you need sell to VA (UEI number, SAM.gov registration, Small Business Certification (if applicable), and NAICS codes).

Confirmation

A VA team member will reach out and let you know that we are taking a look at your submission!

Support

As required, VA staff will work with you to ensure your submission is ready to go into the market research database.

Market Research Database

Your submission will be added to the market research database. VA staff will have access to this database and can explore products and services as needs arise in VA.

Our Pathfinder team will work to share your submission with relevant VA staff for their awareness. This is an ongoing process!
